Join us to celebrate the birth of our Lord at

our Living Nativity on Saturday, December

16 from 5-7pm. Make this special event a

part of your family’s Christmas tradition and

invite your friends and neighbors. There will

be live animals, crafts, refreshments and a guided journey outside

where you will experience the true story of Christmas.

SCHOOL CANCELLATION PROCEDURES DURING

WINTER MONTHS

In the event of severe weather, the decision on

whether to close Our Savior Lutheran School due

to inclement weather is made independently and is not contin-

gent on the decision of area public school districts. Local

school districts & other school closings in our communities will be

only one of the many factors in our decision to close school due

to inclement weather, cold temperatures, or poor road condi-

tions. The safety of our school families remains a priority. Par-

ents always reserve the right to keep their child(ren) home or

delay their arrival until conditions improve. Any school closing

will be shared via Phone Alert message, FastDirect, Our Savior

Website, Facebook and TV stations (WILX, FOX47, WLNS).

In the event of a school closing due to inclement weather, Ex-

tended Care may be available at the discretion of the School

Principal and Extended Care Director. School closing an-

nouncements will include a statement of whether or not Ex-

tended Care will be available for the day.
