14. Lecture: the conclusion
The world has changed - finally and irrevocably. With introduction of the personal computer practically in all kinds of activity of the man , not only real estate or industrial capital was decisive force , but in the large degree, man was decisive force , its knowledge, information, with which it has. In the beginning XXI of century about 65 % of the incomes in the advanced countries the people receive at the expense of intellectual activity.
And if in 60 years ХХ centuries the average manager by virtue of
the professional duties should remember 25-30 names or names
of firms during career, now - as much monthly! And more than half
from them - in foreign languages. The information, knowledge and
the advanced communications give freedom and reliance of the
forces, in correctness of the chosen strategy, are the
indispensable factor of success.
14.2. Apple, Microsoft and Google

Summarizing, we shall specify major potential effects of
application of modern information technologies and information
systems, constructed on their basis, and on the basic principles of
their effective utilization.

decisions.
Objects of management: firm and its activity, the productions and
personnel - have not ceased to exist, even if in some cases they
became virtual; an external environment - state structures, social
institutes, the subjects of the market relations - still render huge
influence on business. There was a necessity to form the
decisions weak structure tasks on the basis of the not formalized
information.
At the chief of the enterprise the still main headache are the eternal questions:
How to find the place in the market and to force the buyer to reach
behind your goods?
How to organize output of a world level?
How to prove to the investors, what money they should give to
you?
How to reflect threats of the competitors?
How to ensure high efficiency and popularity of your firm?
How to transform the average enterprise in advanced?
In this sense it is possible to speak about activation of all
processes in information epoch faster. The rate of activity has
increased, the speed of acceptance of the administrative
decisions has increased, the toolkit of management - these
changes of steel has changed so deep and irreversible, that
they have affected all processes, which make essence of activity
of the manager: manual, planning, acceptance of the decisions,
organization of activity and control of performance, perfection of
processes and control system.
The greatest effect from application of modern IT can be
received by the companies having one or several from the herein
provided attributes:
1. Large number of routine operations with the formalized data;
2. Complex logistic;
3. Plenty of the suppliers;
4.The wide nomenclature of manufacture;
5. Territorial distribution of the company;
6. Large number of the clients;
7. High intellectual (non-material) component of a product;
8. Direct application of computer computing systems in
manufacture and management;
9. High speed of a production cycle.
These characteristics first of all are answered with the companies from branches of the finance, trade, telecommunications, transport, automobile and airstructure, power supply, information services, development of the software.
However any company, quality of which corporate management
comes nearer to a level necessary for attraction of the external
investments, will be interested in use IT for improvement of
processes of supply, marketing and sales, послепродажного of
