Symptom

System does not allow you to enter 18 characters long bank accounts in infotype 11 ("External Transfers") in case when you are using solution from SAP Note 1120911 to maintain these accounts in infotype 9 ("Bank Details").

Reason and Prerequisites

l This note is relevant only for Russia.

l You have implemented Note 1120911.

Solution

l Behaviour of infotype 11 ("External Transfers") is now the same as that of the infotype 9 ("Bank Details") with settings as described in SAP Note 1120911.

l As a general rule, SAP recommends that you install a solution by applying a Support Package. However, if you need to install a solution earlier, use the Note Assistant to implement the correction instruction. You can find more information about the Note Assistant in SAP Service Marketplace, under service.sap.com/note-assistant.

l Note that documentation, transactions, and Customizing activities are only delivered via Support Package.
