FITNESS PROGRAMS All fitness classes cost $1 per class

Island Park residents may register for Session 1 OR Session 2 of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. There are waiting lists for residents and nonresidents for Session 2 only of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga.

Session 1 of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga have no waiting list but those not on the class list may come on standby. Preference is always given to Island Park residents. Please arrive on time or your spot may be given away! Your reserved spot is held for 5 minutes after the starting time of the class before being given

to someone waiting.

Waiver Form: Beginning January 2018, all participants in the Library’s exercise programs will be required to fill out a “Release and Waiver of Legal Liability” form. This Release

will cover the entire calendar year 2018 and a new one will not be required until 2019. We must have a release on file

for you before you can continue to participate in the Library’s exercise programs.
