Go to the District homepage at: www.davis.k12.ut.usHighlight the “Resources” Tab and click on “Employee Resources”

MyDSD Payroll Management Login Login to enter your Direct Deposit and W-4 Info.

New Hires:Your Employee ID # and Password were included

with the information given to you by Human

Resources.

MAKE SURE you enter your Direct Deposit and

W-4 Tax Information (Withholding Status AND Allowances) or your pay

will be delayed!

If you are not a New Hire you will need to click on

the ‘Register’ Tab or Link to login for the first time and set up an account.

MyDSD Payroll Management Registration

If you are not a new hire who received a myDSD password from Human Resources, you will need to enter your Employee ID # AND your Social Security Number on your

initial login only.

Create/Change Password

If you enter a ‘Password Recovery E-mail’

your password will be mailed to you when

you click on ‘Forgot Password’.Pick a password you will remember because this

password will stay the same unless you change it. (You do not have to change it every few

months like you do with your Encore and E-mail password.)If you forget your password you will need to

know the answers to these questions to get/reset your password, so pick something

you will remember!

A check cannot be created

without this information.
