Value Proposition
VALUE PROPOSITION
Nontoxeco’s products also provide the benefits of best value for money product.
Healthy and higher growth of crops, efficient and long shelf life of produce.
Nontoxeco’s value proposition is - Longer residual effect- Higher crop yields (due to better pest control)- Nontoxic products
Time saving and cost effective due to lesser applications requirement
(farmers need to spray their fields less often)

Problem
Pests could destroy 50% of the world’s wheat crop or make them unable to grow
The biting and stinging activity of insect and other pests often affects the comfort and health of man and domestic animals . Losses from insect and other pests of man and his animals may be direct. Irritation, hypersensitivity, loss of blood, toxicosis (reaction to poisonous substances), myiasis (infection by fly larvae), and sometimes even death are directly caused by insects and other pests
Pests can also make foods dangerous through the production of mycotoxins. Pest insects may
cause problems by damaging crops and food production, parasitising livestock, or being a nuisance and health hazard to humans.
Current pest control applications are D.D.T, Organo-phosphates, Pyrethroides, Carbomates and other similar toxicide.
- Excessive use of these chemicals – increased immunity and resistance - High concentration and increasingly potent pesticides
- Difficult to apply- Health hazards for animals & humans
- Environmental damage

Our solution
Our products are suitable for
pest control of all arthropods
and our delivery method is
exceptional.
Vegetable fat micelles block the respiratory system of the
insects and exterminating them through suffocation.
A sticky polymer layer Coats the exoskeleton as well as the
external sensing system of the insect blocking the insect from
sensing its surroundings thus preventing it from reacting,
leading to its demise due to drying out without partly closing
the respiratory paths or drowning in a drop of water, without
shutting out the respiratory path.
Nano granules of boric acid (powder form) of glycerol Borough
(liquid form) that generate high and toxic for insects
concentration of Borough in liquid medium, much beyond the
natural solubility of the molecule.
We combine multiple mechanisms for effective insect
control

Differentiation
Agriculture
We avoid spraying toxins on our lettuce, cabbage, peppers crops
since we don’t want to hamper the quality and pollute soil as well.
With the use of Nontoxeco’s product we achieve healthy and higher
growth, efficient and long shelf life, lower prices in comparison to chemical pesticides and a nice
appearance

Milk producing animals routinely get sick as a result of pests .In order to prevent the diseases from reaching the milk/meat, they being treated with antibiotics, resulting in milk /meat reaching the market filled with antibiotics.
Some of the achievements that can be highlighted by the use of our products are :-increased milk production, higher quality of milk and meat, while maintaining fair price for regular milk/meat, unlike organic milk/meat that is twice as expensive meat.
Our product kills the pests without using toxic materials and hence we can eliminate
the need to treat the animals with antibiotics

Usage Patterns / Penetration /Growth
Japan is expected to be the second largest pesticide market after China by 2016.
It is estimated that nearly 37% of all crops produced in the United States each year are destroyed by agricultural pests, which results in an economic loss of around $122 billion a year.

Major Deals in The Pesticide Sector
CHEMCHINA OFFERS OVER $43
BILLION FOR SYNGENTA
China National Chemical Corp. agreed to buy Swiss pesticide and
seeds maker Syngenta AG for more than $43 billion in cash as the
state-backed company extends its shopping spree with what would be
the biggest acquisition by a Chinese firm. ChemChina, as the closely-
held company is known, offered $465 a share in cash, according to a
statement on Wednesday. The offer, endorsed by Syngenta’s board,
is about 20 percent higher than the stock’s last close. Syngenta
shares rose 3.8 percent to 407 Swiss francs ($402) at 3:49 p.m. in
Zurich, remaining below the offer price amid concern the takeover
could be delayed by U.S. regulators.
