slides from another presentation• In the Slides group on the Home tab, click the
New Slide button arrow, and then click Reuse Slides to display the Reuse Slides task pane
• In the task pane, click the Browse button, and then click Browse File to open the Browse dialog box

contains the slides you want to insert, click the file, and then click the Open button
• In the task pane, make sure the Keep source formatting check box is not selected, to force the inserted slides to use the theme in the current presentation or click the Keep source formatting check box to retain the theme of the slides you want to import
• In the task pane, click each slide that you want to insert into the current presentation

XPXPXPXPXPXPInserting Video into a Presentation• In Normal view, display the slide in which you want to
insert the video in the Slide pane; or in Slide Master view, display the layout master in which you want to insert the video
• In Normal view, in a content placeholder, click the Insert Media Clip button; or in Normal or Slide Master view, click the Insert tab on the Ribbon, and then in the Media group, click the Video button
• In the Insert Video dialog box, navigate to the folder containing the video, click the video file, and then click the Insert button

• Click one of the chart icons in the Insert Chart gallery, and then click the OK button
• In the Excel worksheet that opens, edit the information in the worksheet for the data that you want to plot

click Save Current Theme to open the Save Current Theme dialog box with Office Theme already selected in the Save as type box; or click the File tab, in the navigation bar click Save As to open the Save As dialog box, click the Save as type arrow, and then click Office Theme
• Navigate to the desired location, type a filename, and then click the Save button
