    I think the liestyle in Scotland

    is really good because people do

    not worry about things. I love the

    way people are here. They work

    during the week but they dont

    work at the weekends so they

    can enjoy their lives. I also love

    to improve my English skills and build my confdence. Ater my classes

    I go to the Arc gym to train. The gym is in a great location as it is

    directly across rom the INTO Centre. INTO Glasgow Caledonian

    University encourages all o their students to join societies and Im

    really glad that I took their advice. I started practising Taekwondo

    when I arrived in Glasgow 18 months ago and I have recently won

    a gold medal at the Scottish Taekwondo Championships and a bronze

    medal at the UK Taekwondo Championships.

    Our International Student Support Service

    (ISSS) oers ree, condential support
