I really appreciate your letters and what you are doing. I sent Alex my report, and a copy of the video that I took during the evenings of August 13 and 14. I too wish I had more time to spend in Vancouver with you to attempt to create more reliable and focused effects.

At this time, I don't feel that I am in a position to evaluate your ideas on how to focus "the field," but I certainly encourage you to do whatever you can to implement your ideas.

There seems to be considerable interest in what you are doing from the people that I have talked to. I will continue to find appropriate scientists who are open enough to discuss the work that you are doing, and who might be able to help.

Hope to see you again soon, and please keep in touch.

It was good to hear from both of you. Jack Houck was in town last week and we got together for a most interesting meeting. He was most inpressed and excited about what he saw in British Columbia, Canada and detailed his impressions and ideas. Bill Van Bise, myself and Jack discussed experiments and ideas about what can be done.

I am most interested in hearing more about the project and would hope to get together with both of you and make some observations.

I am just completing the IEEE Tesla Conference Proceedings and hope to have that completed soon. I think these proceedings will be of interest to both of you.
