We have audited the alcompanying Statement of standalone financial results of Hittco Toolstimited ('Company') for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018 ('the statement'), attachedherewith, being submitted by the Company pr;rsuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of theSEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 201"5 ('the Regugtion,), readwith SEBI Circular No. clR/cFDlFAc/6212o16 dated July 5,2016 ('the circular').The standalonefinancial results for the quarter'and year ended 31st March 2018 have been prepared on thebasis of standalone financial results for the nine-month period ended 31st December 2017, theaudited annual standalone financial statements as at and for the yeai'ended 3lst March 2018,and the relevant requirements of the Regulation and Circular, which are the responsibility of thecompany's management and have been approved by the Board of Directors.of the Company. Ourresponsibility is to express an opinion on these standalone financial results based orrbur reviewof the standalone financial results for the nine-month period ended 31,t Decemb er ZAll whichwas prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in lndianAccounting Standard (lnd AS) under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevantrules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in lndia; our audit ofthe annual standalone financial statements as at and for the year ended 31't March 201g; andrelevant requirements of the Regulation and the Circular.

We conducted our audit in accordance with the auditing standards generally accepted in lndia.Those standards require that we comply with ethical requirements and plan and perform theaudit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial results are free of materialmisstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amountsdisclosed as financial results. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principles used andsignificant estimates made by management. We believe that our audit provides a reasonablebasis for our opinion.

Basis of Qualified OpinionThe linished goods ond work-in projress have been valued dt estimdted cost. The estimatedcost has been arrived by deducting adhoc percentage towards margin from the selling price,We are unoble to obtoin sullicient ond appropriate oudit evidence obout opproximation to theo*udl cost as requlred by the lnd AS - 2 "lnventories" from the records maintained by thecompony. Consequently, we are unable to determine the deviation on the linancial statementslor the yeor end 37't March 2018.

Further we report that the figures for the quarter ended 31st March 2018 represent the derivedfigures between the audited figures in respect of the financial year ended 31st March 201g andthe published year-to-date figures up to 31st December 2017, being the date of the end of thethird quarter of the current financial year, which were subject to a limited review, is requiredunder the Regulation and the circular.
