FT SCI, founded in 2012, is one of the world's leading high-tech companies. Our company was transformed from the achievements in scientific research of a group of doctors and professors at Wuhan University and Hubei University. The company has successively recruited a group of professional managers who have worked in Roland Berger , ANPEL and WuXi AppTec into the founding team. We focus on the separation & purification technology, chiral drug molecular synthesis technology, and the research and development of ppt and ppb trace organic/inorganic compounds detection and analysis. The company is headquartered in Hubei Wuhan Donghu High-tech Zone Biological Pharmaceutical Park National Incubator, and has built a modern production base in Hubei Yunmeng National Salt Chemical Industrial Park. Now, FT SCI owns large-scale instruments over 20 sets such as LC-MS, UPLC, HPLC, etc.

The total capacity of UPLC-MS, LC-MS, HPLC, anhydrous and preparative grades of high-purity solvents is over 2,000 tons per year. Our company is now a national high-tech enterprise with several research and development platforms such as Hubei Engineering & Technology Research Center for Ultra-clean and High-purity reagents. It is a unit of Hubei Academician Expert Workstation and a joint undertaking unit of the major program of technical innovation of Hubei Province.

With the deve lopment of instrumenta l ana lys is and biotechnology, the requirement for the solvents is becoming higher and higher, such as HPLC, GC and spectroscopy, which are currently recognized as the most advantageous means to study drug quality control and environmental analysis. Meanwhile, the requirement for the trace moisture content in solvents is also becoming higher and higher with the development of synthetic technologies such as DNA/RNA. Therefore, we have developed solvent products with different purity requirements for different users. Now, we take acetonitrile series products as an example to answer the detailed information of users' needs. Other specific products and packaging can be found in the order information. Ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) has the advantages of ultra-high sensitivity, ultra-high separation and ultra-high analysis speed, etc. It has been widely used in life science research, drug research and development, food and drug safety detection and other fields. solvent acetonitrile for UPLC-MS. The solvent of this grade has very low gradient peaks of UPLC (PDA). Through a 0.05 μm filtration process, the content of particulate matters is very low, which can fully meet the application requirements of UPLC sub-micron column packing. UPLC-MS grade of acetonitrile also has very low metal ion content, very low organic impurity content and very low baseline noise level of MS, which fully guarantees the sensitivity requirement of analysis and longer service life of the instruments.

1. Very low gradient peaks (< 0.5 mAU at 210 nm, especially less than 2.0 mAU at 200 nm) can minimize their interference on the analysis results and improve the accuracy of the analysis.

2. Very low metal ion content (the lowest metal ion content < 5 ppb).

3. Packing with three-stage hydrolyzed borosilicate glass to ensure the quality stability.

4. Extensive application adaptability in UPLC can fully meet the requirements of trace analysis in different analytical fields (as shown in Figure 2).

5. The lowest relative baseline intensity in mass spectrometry is less than 2 ppb, which minimizes the influences of baseline noise and ion suppression effect, and ensures high sensitivity of analysis. (as shown in Figures 4-7).

6. Through a 0.05 μm filtration process, the inert gas is filled in a clean environment to ensure lower particulate matter content and non-volatile salt content.

7. Strict quality control, each batch of products is confirmed by UPLC, UPLC-MS, Q-TOF-LCMS multiple analysis.

由 图 1 对 比 可 以 看 出, 在 给 出 的 梯 度 条 件 下,FT SCI

UPLC-MS 级产品具备更低的梯度峰(小于 0.5 mAU),

From Figure 7 and 8, it can be seen that the mass spectra of all other baseline impurities are lower than 2 ppb reserpine molecular ion peak (m/z 609.2843) after injecting reserpine standard solution under the scan mode and gradient condition, which fully shows that our UPLC-MS grade of solvents have very low impurity content and impurity interference peaks to ensure very low solvent inhibition effect. Maximization of analytical sensitivity is achieved.
