CCLs are typically several layers of copper and insulation shields for electronics. Resin is used as a basic material for insulation layers.

Although resin has remarkable electrical characteristics, it suffers these shortcomings; it has insufficient mechanical strength and its change in size due to temperature is ten times greater than metal.

To supplement these defects, paper, glass fiber, and glass felt are used as reinforcement materials. By using these reinforcement materials, resin’s perpendicular and horizontal strength increases, while temperature-caused change in size also decreases.

As engine-powered forklifts are equipped with Doosan’s G2 Engine with reduced exhaust emissions and enhanced fuel efficiency and oil-cooled disk brakes, they boast a semi-permanent lifespan and provide uniform and controlled performance.

For enhanced safety, a hydraulic automatic locking system (ISO 3691) is applied. This prevents the machine from operating when the engine is suspended or the driver leaves the seat for three seconds or longer.

With a single charge, the AC (alternating current) system allows use of the machine for a 15 percent longer time than a DC (direct current) system. As the AC motor does not have a systemic brush, this reduces maintenance costs. The AC controller also features remarkable quality and radiation performance.

The ACT (Active Control Technology) system is applied for operation to allow the driver to easily optimize vehicle performance through the LCD screen. The comfortable deluxe seat and ergonomic seat design provide the driver with a convenient and excellent driving experience.

Warehouse equipment is eco-friendly and has low maintenance costs, due to the installation of the AC system that keeps current consumption low. It can also move machines smoothly and control them in a sophisticated manner with high work efficiency.

As electric forklifts have a compact size and small radius of rotation, they have great mobility, even in narrow spaces. These forklifts can also elevate machines to a maximum height of 8 meters to allow efficient work, even in vertically-designed warehouses.
