Hose is flexible connection between top of standpipe and vertically move
swivel on offshore and in-land oil drilling and exploration. Vibrator hose
is flexible connection between mud pump manifold and standpipe, for
adjustment and isolating vibration. Executive standard: API Spec 7K
/ ISO 6807
•Hose Structure:
Tube: Nitrile rubber based liner sealing layer, oil resistance, seawater
resistance, high temperature resistance.
Breaker Layer and external protection layers: High tension textile fabric
Major Reinforcement for withstanding pressure: High Strength Steel
Cable
Cover: Neoprene based rubber for anti-flaming, wear resistance, oil
resistance, ozone & ageing resistance, UV resistance, which is designed
for marine environment.
•Fire proof requirement:
Regular supplied hose meets fire proof grade SR6A, which is 704℃ (1300℉) X 5 minutes.
Fire-Rated Hose supplied as per request with extra fiber glass out layer for fire shield, meet fire proof grade
SR6B, which is 704℃ (1300℉) X 30 minutes.
•Embedded electric heat trace cable is available as request for low temperature operating
condition.
•Different option of external protection layer are available as request or by our recommendation
according to individual operation condition, for example, stainless steel armor outer wrap,
embedded stainless steel wire in cover, or polyethylene spiral guard, etc.
•Working temperature range: Class II, -25℃ to +100℃ (-13℉ to +212℉)
•Flexibility specification level: FSL2
•Maximum continuous length: 70 meters

pressure cement.

Flexible Choke & Kill Hose
•Application:
API 16C Choke and Kill Hose is an important part in choke and kill system,
which is an integral part of surface and subsea blowout prevention equipment.
1. This hose allows to pump fluid to the well when normal circulation
throughthe drill string couldn't be performed.
2. Additionally the choke hose and manifold provide a means of applying
backpressure on the formation while circulating out formation fluid influx into
well bore following a kick.
3. To pump sour fluid;•Standard: API Spec 16C.
•Hose structure:
Inner Tube: Particular polymer engineering plastic as inner sealing tube.
Inner rubber Layer: HNBR based inner sealing elastomer, which is suitable to

•Application:
After Jackup Rig finishes well drilling, pile shoes shall be pulled out for
moving the pile leg. Mud around pile shoe shall be flushed off by using high-
pressure seawater, so as to facilitate pile pulling. Jetting hose is high-
pressure flexible connection between main deck of platform and seawater
pipe line among pile legs.

Fire-rated Seawater Hose
•Application:
Mainly used for seawater delivery in fire fighting system on offshore platform.
It can also be used for delivery of gasoline, diesel, fuel with aromatic content up
to 50%, mud, air, and for other general purpose. It can also be directly exposed
to flame for more than 30 minutes at the temperature of 800℃, which enables
operators to rescue and escape under emergency.
•Hose structure:
Internal Tube: Black smooth nitrile rubber, oil resistant, seawater resistant, high
temperature resistant, acid & alkali resistant.
Reinforcement: High Strength steel tyre cord, anti-static copper wire, helix steel
wire for hose size up from 6" and above.
Fire Shield Layer: Glass Fiber Cloth
Cover: red chloroprene rubber, fire resistant, wear resistant, ozone & ageing
resistant, oil resistant.
•Working temperature range: -30℃ to +100℃
