Amongst other reports, you can see an overview on how the emissions, volumes, costs, and prices of planned flight events differ from those of actual flight events.
Actual volumes and costs: Display the actual fuel quantities and costs for flight eventson a monthly basis
Forecast Variance Details: Display how the emissions, volumes, costs, and prices foreach planned flight event differ from the actual flight event
Home Accounting
It’s incredibly time consuming to manually check every single fuel invoice, so often airlines don’t check or they might check only a sample of invoices or approve them based on historical averages or tolerances.
FuelPlus airline.EFM enables you to make sure that for every single invoice, you are only paying for the amount of fuel that was uplifted and at the correct contract terms.
This is possible with minimal manual work, because airline.EFM can process electronic invoices and automatically perform the following checks:
Invoice is backed by an effective contract
Invoice items refer to actual flight events and flights haven't been invoiced already
Invoiced price is in line with contract price
Invoiced quantities match with fuel ticket quantities
Invoiced VAT corresponds with VAT rates applicable for delivery location and flight type
Other key features include:
Display detailed information on invoice items that did not pass the invoice checks
Create accounting documents for released invoices; these documents can be sent to anaccounting system such as SAP, Orcale, JD Edwards, etc.
View or add remarks and attachments to invoices
Manually accept or reject an invoice item that failed the automated invoice checks

Home Flight Allocation
-12-
Flight Allocation Module
At main hubs, to minimize the risk of supply outages, airlines spread fuel demand acrossvarious suppliers and different types of supply. In general fuel can be supplied directly into-plane by contracting a fuel supplier or from the airline's own inventory that is held in fueltanks at the airport. in the later case the airline contracts with a refueling company to deliverfuel from the tank into the aircrafts.
In both cases the airline need to control the allocation of fuel to the different fuel supplytypes and within each supply type to the contracted fuel suppliers and refueling companies. The allocation scheme serves as the base for all procurement and logistics activities whichhappen later in the process such as fuel tendering, volume nomination, and logisticsplanning.
Create and maintain monthly allocation plan
