Bajo este supuesto, queda por entendido que el firmante no cede los derechos patrimoniales de autor, sino sólo el material que contiene la obra audiovisual citada e, igualmente, se da por hecho en esta cláusula que se excluye todo tipo de comercialización o explotación lucrativa directa sin la autorización y conocimiento del participante.
