Our Premium Date Paste is a natural and highly nutritious ingredient for the confectionery and bakery industries. It is a great filling for biscuits, maamoul, pastries and other baked goods. It can also be consumed directly and mixed with other ingredients to make a healthy and nutritious snack. Our delicious date paste is very consistent and is double filtered to guarantee a pit-free product.

CHOPPED DATES

Our Chopped Dates are simply natural whole dates that have had their seeds removed, diced into little cubes and dusted with some rice flour to stop them clumping together. The Chopped Dates are entirely machine processed throughout the entire production process with absolutely no human touch. Furthermore, our chopped dates are free from foreign material or pit fragments.

DATE POWDER


Our Date Powder is made from pure dates. The process consists of grinding 100% natural dates into fine granular powder ready to be used as a replacement for white and brown sugars. The granular powder form makes it a healthy sugar alternative for baking and cooking needs.

Date Powder are rich in potassium, magnesium, copper and other vitamins and minerals. Due to the fibrous nature of dates, date powder will not dissolve or melt.

World’s First Solar Powered Dates Factory

In our efforts to become a more sustainable and environmentally responsible organization, we are proud to be the world’s first date factory to run on solar power. We have installed more than 3,000 solar panels across the roof of our factory which generates over 1,770 Mwh/year.

Our diesel boilers and being converted to gas boilers to stop harmful emissions and avoid the storage of diesel within our facility.

Our 200,000 square foot world-class facility located in Dubai Industrial City in Dubai, U.A.E. is the definition of technological advancement and automation.

We have dedicated dates sorting, washing, and packaging lines and state-of-the-art date paste and date syrup production lines along with other production lines that are continuously being commissioned and updated. Our range of packaging varies from 50g thermoform packs to bulk 1,300kg IBC tanks. Given our rapidly-increasing production capacity and advanced technology, we can cater to our individual clients’ needs and requirements.

One of our key strengths at Al Barakah Dates Factory is our capacity to store more than 40,000 metric tons of dates in our cold stores, enabling us to retain the freshness of our dates throughout the season.
