Seeretary of the County Union. the name of his representative to serve as a member of the Committee during the ensuring year not 131er than the commencement of the Annual General Meeting. Substitutes will be entille<! to attend meetings of the Comminee provided that the n3IT\e oCthe Substitute to serve as the member oC the Comminee be submine<! in writins under the hand of the appointins club President. Secretary of the County Union, the narne of ils now representative at least fourteen doys before a meeting of the Committee. 29. The Committee shan have the power to co-opt further members, but such co-opte<! mernbers han not be entille<! to vote. 30. The arrairs of the County Union including the control of the property and funds, shall be manage<! and controlle<! by the Committee, which shall have the power to delegate such matters as it may detennine. 31. The quorum for meetings of the Comminee shan be fifteen persans entille<! to vote. 32. An acts done by any meeting of the Committee or ofa sub-committee, or by any persan acting as a mernber of the Committee or of a sub-committee shan, not withstanding it be afterwards discovered that there was some defect in the

1. The Competitions shall he called "The Cheshire Cup" and ''The Cheshire Platell with the name orthe current sponsor included: 2. The Competitions will he o'llll"ised by the Competitions Sub-Committee of the Cheshire Rugby Football Union Committee. AIl questions atTecting the qualifications of players and the interpretation ofthese NIes shall he referred to the Sub-Committee. (ii) AlI entries ftom clubs in the I.O.M. are accepted subject to the condition that the I.O.M. club pays the travelling expenses as defined under R.F.U. Competition regul.tions.

(i) A club in a Competition match May only play, or select as replacements, play .... who are e\igiblelo play for that club under the R.F. U. regulation goveming registration of a player for competitive rugby.
