AGEFOS is a parity organization composed of workers trade unions and employers representatives (Small and Medium size companies)

AGEFOS is an inter-professional organisation specialized in the collecting of the training funds for companies (in 2007 , 772 M€ collected , representing about 13% of the funds collected by this type of organizations in France).

TEEUP Case Study N°1

To give to the companies involved in the project, an answer to their performance problems (economic, organization or strategic levels), because of the problems linked to the presence of workers lacking the basic competences which are necessary for the execution of their mission according to the expected norms.

Develop the concept of Company Social responsibility, in SME’S by giving the workers more autonomy in their professional activities but also in their personal activities
