• application is being phased out because it is ‘end-of-life’ or strategy has changed• may be replaced by another deployment • remove from ITS Service Catalogue

• funded/supported in partnership with client areas• jointly managed deployments with clients• departmental deployment • distributed support• deployments in maintenance mode • new implementations are not encouraged
