Social Analytics Setup steps
In AMC, create SSID profile• Enable Association analytics and Content analytics• In External splash page setting, put URL and shared

1. Enable analytics in AMC
In AMC, configuration, SSID profile• Enable Association analytics and Content analytics
In External splash page• Enter the splash page (GMS) URL

2. Sync GMS with AMC
On GMS GUI, go to Admin, Server• Select New Server• Put in the Display Name, Server hostname/IP, User name and password• Select “Sync Now”

5 major functions Presence
• Shows every device detected by ATN APs• Client device need to turn on WIFI but not necessary to
connect to SSID Demographics
• Shows the login methods, gender and ages of the client • Client device must/had connect to ATN APs
Profiles• Shows the social media information from client• Client device must/had connect to ATN APs
Engagement• Shows the client device around the Aps• Client device no need to connect to any SSID
Wi-fi Usage• Shows the WIFI usage of the client• Must connect to ATN APs

Other functions
Under Admin menu, Four more functions are available• Server
- Provide the sync function with one or more AMC- The default sync time is 8AM. Once a day only.
• Logs- Provide log report generation. - Three reports are available: Audit, Wifi Access and SMS logs
• Setting- Provide Email and Conversion thresholds settings- Default RSSI thresholds is -70dBm and 5min in duration
• Third Party Integration- Export the social analytics to 3rd party server in HTML
