This course is designed to develop your: Creativity

Appreciation of Visual Arts and contemporary art practice

Develop a deeper understanding of the content – subject matter, forms and frames – of the Visual Arts through experience in each of the practices of:

This course allows you to:

Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts aims to:• Enrich your understanding of the Visual Arts in contemporary

and past worlds;

• Develop your art making skills and representation of ideas and images with different materials, techniques and processes;

• Challenge you approach to work in order to develop your creativity, technical skills, concepts, communication and presentation skills;

• Develop an informed point of view about art and understand how artworks are made, valued, interpreted and used; and

• Excite your imagination and your expectation of yourself
