Our Project Description

• Open a new ice cream store in Cow Hollow, San Francisco meeting the following Yummie’s attributes:– Apply Cheerful, high-visibility corporate

theme of Yummie’s brand to existing storefront

– Training result will be that staff will represent the company’s culture consistently

Our Project Deliverables Are:

• Permitting & Licensing• Procurement of all equipment and fixtures.

Outfitting & Equipping in compliance with company standards. Installation of all ice cream production and storage equipment. Including assessment of best equipment configuration in compliance with city safety code

• Staffing: interview and selection for hire, training using the corporate training manual and practices.

• Hire construction and interior design contractors• Branch will meet all design specifications

Our Project Deliverables Are Not:

• Legal support and Insurance coverage• Basic criteria for look and feel are set by

Corporate• Responsibility for setting staffing criteria, filing
