Trading terms and information

We only produce the plastic rubber stamp handle with plate in over 30sizes with different shapes. In case of price change we will notify you prior to the change.

Orders1. All fresh purchase orders will be confirmed with an advance until the customer builds a trading relationship with us. 2. Any changes to purchase orders can be altered only within 24hours period.3. Orders will be delivered to you within 1-2 days if in stock else 3-4 working days period. Note some items will have extended processing time.

Payments1. An advance payment will need to be paid for PO confirmation until the customer builds a trade relationship with us. 2. Balance payment will have to be paid via cash or cheque payment at the point of delivery. 3. Further credit periods can be organized depending on customer’s trade quality.

Delivery and Shipping1. All local deliveries are free of charge. 2. All local orders within the 20km radius of factory address will be delivered by us. 3. All local orders beyond the radius will be delivered by Courier. 4. All international orders will have separate shipping charges depending on country and weight.

Refund or Stock Returns 1. Goods ones sold will not be taken back as return unless product failure damage or faulty. If return cause is product faulty we will supply free product for the damaged return/s. Customer misuse will not have returns.
