For the sixth time in the last seven season the Royals will be in the mIac playoffs as their win over st. thomas clinched a spot in the league’s top five. the Royals have twice been the No. 3 seed but have not finished higher than third.

saint ben’s was the first mIac team to sweep Gusta-vus since 2003 after doing so two weekends ago. the blazers snapped the Gusties 30-game mIac winning streak with their pair of 4-2 wins.

saint ben’s holds an all-time

series record advantage of 11-6-3, but the Royals have not lost to the

blazers since November 21, 2008. the Royals hold a 8-1-1 record over csb since the

2008-09 season.
