the most important thing is to care enough to take action.

Their greatest threat is our assumption that ‘someone’ will ‘do something’ …

There is no one else, only you and I.

Working out your values?

What matters to you? Do you know what your values are? Are you living those values? Who are the important people in your

life … how do you treat them? Do you like yourself? What would you change?

Workshop session

Take 5 minutes to write down: What are your values? What are you passionate about? Do you ‘live’ your values or your passion? What would you change – your values or

your behaviour? If you changed something, what would

happen?
