Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope you were as delighted as we were with the Queen’s 90th
birthday commemorative coins and books sent home this week with
your children. Thank you again to the Parish Council for their gener-
ous donation used to fund these gifts and to John Rivers who came
into school on Wednesday to present them.
Thank you also for the kind cards and comments the school received
about the tea party we hosted last Friday. It was a wonderful after-
noon, enjoyed by all, and we were so very lucky to have glorious
sunshine for it. I know that some of the traditional games the children
were playing brought back memories for many of our visitors from
when they were pupils at Wittersham Primary school!
I look forward to seeing you at the school WSA Summer Fair
tomorrow.
