Whether a realestate agent is promoting a newlisting or a mortgage broker ispromoting a new loan product, theseprofessionals must be creative withtheir marketing efforts.

Not only has the consumer becomemore and more dependent on theinternet for information, but theconsumer has also become moreand more visually demanding. So,how does a real estate industryprofessional become more visualwith their marketing efforts? The firsttool and/or website that should bementioned is Pinterest.

If you’re a real estate industryprofessional and you’re not usingPinterest, you’re missing out, bigtime! Pinterest is an incrediblemarketing tool for the real estateindustry! Pinterest has a “board” forany person and certainly the realestate industry is no different. ThePinterest Real Estate Board is justone example of a Pinterest boardthat is an invaluable tool for realestate industry professionals.

Pinterest, if used correctly, should bea top traffic source for any real estate website. By interacting, networking, and “pinning” with other top professionalsis a great start to building a nice following on Pinterest. Just like any social media network, interacting, being

reciprocal, and being social is one of the keys to building relationships and gaining followers.
