INGREDENTS200G Cadbury milk chocolate (broken into pieces)250G butter chopped1 ¾ cups brown sugar 4 eggs1/3 cups cocoa powder sifted

1 ¼ cups plain flower, sifted¼ teaspoons baking powder125G Cadbury white chocolate (broken into pieces)1 packet macadamia nuts, shopped (about 80G)

Measuring cup/ spoonsSpoon

20cm squre slice tin Baking paper

BowlKnife

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. cut everything the ingredients says.

Step 1

Place chocolate bar pieces and chopped butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth. Allow to cool slightly

Step 2

Place sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, flour and baking powder into a bowl. Mix together.

Step 3

Add the melted chocolate mixture, white chocolate pieces, macadamias and combine. Do not overwork the mixture as it can make the brownies tough

Step 4

Pour mixture into a 20cm (8 in) square slice tin lined with non stick baking paper

Step 5

Bake for 50minutes or until set. if checking with a skewer, the chocolate melted through will be gooey, but the slice is cooked.
