Cricketer’s Club for your wedding. Or
venus is ideal for intimate weddings of
up to 40 people. Our team of talented
staff will provide exceptional service that
compliments the high quality food and
beverage menus that we offer.
Located close to the Coolangatta Airport
and an array of holiday accommodation
and resorts, The Bombay Cricketer’s Club
is an ideal location for you wedding. We
are also in close proximity to the Salt Bar
& Kingscliff Beach Hotel, which means
your guests can party into the early hours
of the morning.
The Bombay Cricketer’s Club offers a
selection of wedding menu options and
drink packages the will help make your
wedding day perfect. Our Head Chef and
Bar Manager can help tailor our kits to
accommodate any dietary requirements
or in some circumstances, specific needs.
The Bombay Cricketer’s Club is available
for exclusive use from Monday to Thursday
from 2pm. The Bombay Cricketer’s Club
is not available for weddings from Friday
to Sunday due to our commitment to our
restaurant clientele. All menus are served
banquet style to ensure that your guests
enjoy the food the way it was intended.
Room hire starts from $2500 and includes
exclusive use of the venue for 8 hours,
all staffing, table-ware, and set up of our
tables and chairs. A small service fee of
5% is applied to your food & beverage
bill for our team of professional staff that
will look after you and your guests on the
day. A minimum spend of $6,000 applies
which can also include your room hire fee
and service charge.
T&C’s – The Bombay Cricketer’s Club is
open from 2pm until 11pm for weddings.
Final numbers and payment are due 7
days prior to your event. To confirm your
booking we require full payment for the
room hire fee. Access for suppliers will
be granted from 10am on the day of your
wedding and all style and props must be
removed from The Bombay Cricketer’s
Club on the night of your wedding.

Our Bar Manager can arrange a selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks on
arrival or for throughout your event. Other wines can also be selected depending on
availability and quantities although some price changes may apply. Consumption
tabs are also available. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a time to meet
and discuss these options.
