Wow, what a wild ride the first quarter of 2013 was! Let’s hope we can keep the momentum rolling, not only in the second quarter, but the rest of the year as well. We have some great things happening that you need to save the date for. On May 8th, at The Plantation Golf & Country Club in Venice our District 13 will be having a “Choose your Course” outing….a PMN course during the day, or a golf scramble that starts at 8AM and will finish up around 1:00…see the Website for more details. There will be a WCR Mixer at the Board on May 22nd; the next “Junk in the Trunk” is Saturday June 15th starting at 8:00 AM and the fashion show is June 29th at The Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club. These all promise to be worthwhile and fun. Also save the date for the BRM meeting in June (first Thursday). Lynn Doty will be doing another I-Pad Magic class. This time it will be at the Board of Realtors…we will network, have a bite of breakfast, compliments of John Macy and Good News Pest Control (thank you John ); a short meeting; and then get right into the I-Pad with Lynn. For those of you that weren’t at April’s BRM, Lynn was great….even if you don’t have an I-Pad YET, it’s worth it to learn about all the apps that are available for our businesses. OK, see everyone soon…..remember, it’s all about Networking, Knowledge and Professionalism.
