Implementing Structure Implementing Structure
Responsibilities
According to their own functions and duties, ministries, sectores and localities will be responsible for implementing content, objectives, responsibilities and solutions of the Strategy efficiently.
Ministry of Planing and Investment, Ministry of Finance arrange annual investment resources according to the Law on State Budget and other funding resources to implement efficiently the National Strategy.
MARD and Central Commitee for Flood and Storm Control will preside over the implementation of National Strategy
People’s Committee, Committee for Flood & Storm Control and Search&Rescue at province, city levels steer its departments to implement the National Strategy.
