We all talk about Google+ But…do you know about Google tools?

Why?

They are all free!

Let’s look at the basics!

Google Chrome

Use this browser because it’s fast!

Use extensions! (Try out: Wisestamp for email signatures, curated.by and storify for content curation, translation tools)

Use apps too! (Try out TweetDeck or Picnic!)

Bookmark pages you are working with!

Gmail

Use Priority Gmail.

Use stars from Google labs to prioritize your mail.

Use labels to archive and manage your e-mails.

Link accounts to work in once place.

Use Gmail chat to collaborate with your team and save time on meetings.

Use extensions like Wisestamp or Rapportive to enhance your work!

Why?

They are great for team work!

Google Calendar

Use multiple calendars to manage your work, use colors to mark them.

Use colors to mark work flow for each project (event options).

Use tools for collaboration (sharing calendars and events).

Use shared calendars to manage team work: assign and track tasks.

Google Documents

Make the most of all types of docs.

Share documents to collaborate and work in teams. Save time on e-mailing a single copy!
