Negative points: Poor presence on social media Only one Facebook page, not relevant ( feable
activity and not well designed) Blog not really related to the hotel activity
Action plan
1. Link website to social media2. Redo the Facebook page with more
photos3. Adding positive content from social
media & link to the website4. Use a tool like “E-buzz connect” to keep
tracks of hotel activities on social media channel
5. Work with a SOLOMO application (dismoioù)
