User Manual for MIS software for PMKSY components under Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation 

 

PMKSY‐MIS is a web based application for Physical & Financial progress monitoring of AIBP & Har Khet Ko Pani PMKSY components under Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation. The system facilitates project‐wise, district‐wise data entry for projects under AIBP (Major Irrigation & Medium Irrigation Projects) and Har Khet Ko Pani (Surface Minor Irrigation, Lift Irrigation, Ground Water Development, RRR of Water Bodies & CADWM Projects). The system also generates a consolidated State‐wise, District‐wise Report.  

The application can be visited by selecting the AIBP or Har Khet Ko Pani link under “Components” from PMKSY website ( http://pmksy.gov.in ) as shown in screen shot below.

User is requested to entre login credentials in the above screen.

1. Project Details: This form is used to enter the basic Project details as per the screen shot below. 

 

Note :  ’*’   Fields are mandatory fields. 

 

   

2. Target as per DIP: This form is used to enter the Activity‐wise target as per the District Irrigation Plan for the selected District & Project. 

 

3. Target as per AAP: This form is used to enter the Activity‐wise target as per the Annual Action Plan for the selected District & Project & Year. 

 

 

   

4. Physical & Financial Progress: This form is used to enter the monthly Activity‐wise Physical & Financial progress for the selected District & Project & Year & Month. 

 

 

5. Progress Report: A consolidated State‐wise, District‐wise report, “Scheme/Activity wise Annual Progress under PMKSY” is generated for selected State/District & Financial Year.
