When?Your JHA must be:

—reviewed and reapproved annually—reviewed, updated and approved as your work changes

Who?—Employees, Supervisors, or Work Leads can create a new

Draft JHA Hazards Profile—Only Work Leads can approve updates

How?To make a Draft JHA:

—Take the JHA questionnaire again—Modify an existing JHA questionnaire—Create a Draft copy of your JHA Hazards Profile
