WikisA wiki is essentially a series of

interlinked Web pages that can be edited and added to by a group of people, i.e. an online resource for which content can be created collectively.

Wikipedia is the best known example of a wiki, a collaboratively written encyclopaedia.

PODCAST

A podcast is a digital medium consisting of an episodic series of audio, video, PDF, or ePub files subscribed to and downloaded through web syndication or streamed online to a computer or mobile device.

According to Merriam Webster, podcast is a program (as of music or talk) made available in digital format for automatic download over the Internet

podcasts are significant for the language teachers because teachers  find  difficult  to  find  resources  for  pronunciation  with  a  variety  of  accents  and  registers  to  be  used  in  the classes.

There are several things that can be done in Podcast:

• Download the latest episode for free| on the homepage.

• Stream episodes for free |from radio archive.

• Purchase downloads of archived episodes |on iTunes or Amazon MP3.

• Stream episodes through | apps for iPhone, iPad or Android.

• Purchase greatest hits CDs • And of course, listen on the radio.
