Youth Led Survey – Adult involvement and activities
This project is a youth led initiative but we had to involve elders for mentorship, administrative issues and financial support. Youth Coalition for development under Save Life Initiative Kampala, Uganda
Apart from running our children centre, only one adult is involved in active management of the organization. They are basically in a non-active management of the centre such as 9 of them being on the board of trustees. They basically play a mentorship and an advisory role to the organization.Community Alliance for ChangeNairobi, Kenya
Youths without adults is not enough, they need to be guided here and there as adults could have more experience on the society and the environment that surrounds the youth.Kafue Youth Care and Community Prevention Programme (KYCCPP)Lusaka, Zambia
