Fire Alarm Systems | UEZ 2000 LSN Universal Fire Panel
The UEZ 2000 LSN is a fire panel for monitoring medium-sized properties.
Intrusion and hold-up peripheral elements can also beconnected via the Local SecurityNetwork LSN.
Up to six UEZ 2000 LSNs can be networked using SystemRing Technology (SRT).
The control panel conforms to the applicable regulationsand guidelines for security systems, which are EN 54, ISO,DIN, VDE, VdS and CE requirements.
The UEZ 2000 LSN is available in three variants:
UEZ 2000 LSN A maximum of between 4 and 8 loops* plus SRT net-working
UEZ 2000/1 LSN A maximum of between 2 and 4 loops* plus SRT net-working
UEZ 2000/6 LSN A maximum of between 6 and 16 loops* plus SRT net-working
* See the installation/configuration notes for information onsetting up loop and stub lines

Functions
Message processingIn the LVM 100 Line Extension Module (known as the LVM),the information from all LSN elements is queried cyclicallyand processed and digitized by the line processors on theLVM.
Information prepared in this way is transmitted viainterfaces to the ZVM 100 Central Processing Module by theline processing units, where they are analyzed and outputas a message, e. g. to a display/operating panel, recordingdevice, higher-level Bosch control centers etc.
Message display and operationThe integrated Display and Keypad Board (ADT) or aRemote Operating Panel can be used to process incomingmessages and operate the system.
Saving messagesUp to 250 events can be stored in an event database. Aprinter can be installed to log messages.
Reliability of operation and service• Full operativeness retained on the loop in the event of
a short-circuit, interruption or earth connection• One-man test• Protection against false alarms using
- Day mode- Alarm delay- Alarm verification- Two-detector dependency/cross zoning
• Automatic service request in the event of detectorcontamination
System Ring Technology (SRT)Up to six central units can be networked in an SRT loop, inany centralized or decentralized arrangement.Simultaneous operation of all central units is both possibleand permitted. All information is available at each centralunit. A fault message is triggered on all systems in order tolocalize the malfunction.
Benefits of SRT technology• Cost-effective networking using standard cabling
(4‑wire) up to 1000 m• Greater coverage via modem or fiber optic cable• High reliability of operation through malfunction-
tolerant operation in the event of a line short-circuit orinterruption
• One or more optional hardware accessories (e. g.transmission units, fire service control panels, keydeposits) can be integrated into the network
• Built-in operating panel and printer (optional) percontrol panel
• Up to four FMR‑UEZ‑BE1000s Remote Keypads percontrol panel
Country variantsThe UEZ 2000 LSN is available in the following country-specific variants (labeling of the operating panel in thelanguage of the country):
• German (de)
• French (fr)• Dutch (nl)
