• Our most notable highlights since implementing the Triple Play program have been,

• Increasing member’s daily physical activity.

• All members are participating in at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day at the Club.

• Overall increase of knowledge of Healthy Habits.

• Our members are learning and understanding why making healthy decisions and implementing physical

activity is important.

• Increased intake of fruits and vegetables.

• Thanks to the grant money we have be able to supplement our Food Bank snack and lunch program

with fresh fruits and veggies. Showing members that healthy food options can be delicious too!

Healthy Snacks

Instead of the usual pretzels and crackers our members enjoy having fresh watermelon for

snack.

Nice and cool floor hockey

Here in Arizona we don’t let the heat stop us from having fun and

getting exercise. With temperatures reaching over 1000 and not

having an indoor gym we transformed our Games Room into an

open space to allow room for sports and other physical activities.
