Purpose:
Comprehend the demands from client (include work content&division, output standards, ATP, networks performents, etc)

Purpose:Collect the population division map and know about the clutter of different area. Collect the coverage target and the radio environments.004 Market Analysis
Purpose:
According to the analysis of the tele-communication developments, know about the market information005 Traffic PredictionPurpose:
Forecast the number of subscribers in certain period and the traffic model and output polygon definition based on 002 & 004.006 Coverage Target and Polygon Define/Check
Purpose:
Divide the coverage area to different polygon such as CBD, Denseurban, urban, highway and rural based on 003 & 004. And check the definition by survey some area(or google earth)007 Traffic Distribution Prediction
