Inrecentdecades,largeamountsoftimeandmoneyhavebeenputintothedevelopment,testing,andimplementationofeHealthforawiderangeofhealthproblems,inthephysicalaswellasthementaldomains.Nevertheless, very feweHealth interventionsmake it into routine care and those thatdo,takemanyyearstogetthere.

ImpleMentAll aims toprovideanevidence-basedanswer to thisproblem through thedevelopment,application,andevaluationof tailored implementation strategies inanatural laboratoryofon-goingeHealth implementation initiatives in the EU and beyond. The project builds its research onexperiencesandresultsfromformerinternationalprojects(e.g.RenewingHealth,E-COMPARED,andMasterMind)aswellasatheoreticalfoundationmainlyconsistingofNPT,NoMAD,andMAST.

The on-going implementation initiatives forming the basis for the implementation research are allbased on the same case study intervention: Internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT).Currently, various iCBT implementationprocessesareconductedacross theworldand ImpleMentAllwill use this natural laboratory to develop, test, and evaluate a toolkit for tailored implementationstrategies expected to make implementation trajectories more efficient for eHealth and eMentalhealthalike.

(theItFits-toolkit)fordata-driventailoredimplementationofevidence-basedeHealthservices.2) TodemonstratetheimpactoftheItFitstoolkitontheimplementationofeHealthforcommon

mentaldisorders(iCBT)in9Europeancountries(2ofwhichareLMIC)andAustralia.3) TodisseminatethevalidatedtoolkitinvarioushealthcarecontextsacrossEurope.

ImpleMentAll is a truemultidisciplinary international collaboration thatunites keyexperts in clinicalpractice,health,innovation,clinicalresearch,andimplementationscience.Theprojectconsortiumhasbeenbuiltwiththeaimof improvingeHealth implementation innotonlyprosperousnations,butallnationsregardlessoftheireconomicstatus.
