What do we need?Ingredients A loaf of bread (best of the previous day) Two eggs Half a liter of milk Sugar and cinnamon Honey (optional) Olive oil

Recipe1- Cut the bread into slices and leave the ends. It is better that they are not very thin slices; they can break. 2- Beat the eggs in a deep bowl. 3- Put the milk into another bowl. 4- Put the oil in a pan and heat it. 5- Put the slices of bread to soak in the milk (not too long, because they will break). 6- Remove the bread in the milk carefully, dip the slices of bread into the egg and fry them in the hot oil. 7- Turn it over and, when they are golden brown, remove them and put them in a dish.

Conclusion-Easy -Delicious -Cheap -You recycle -Typical spanish

NOTE: In some areas the slices of bread are soaked in wine. You can make a mixture with the cinnamon and sugar. If you prefer you can sweeten them with honey.
