Appraisal

TILT has been designed to support appraisal. We do this in two main ways:

We make it very easy to record your own learning

We make it very easy to learn from others and import that learning into your own portfolio of learning

We have already covered creating a TILT in an earlier screencast, so we won’t go over it here.

Similarly, we have shown that pressing the ‘Learnt’ button on someone else’s TILT imports that into your portfolio of learning

So, a few appraisal friendly features of TILT!
