Cans for the KingdomLet’s collect 10,000 cans for the Kingdom by Sunday, December 4. you may donate the following suggested canned items in the large soup cans throughout the church or bring them to the elementary commons area next to the red desk: meat, chili/stew, soup, beans, juice/milk, nuts, and fruit. We will can-struct a seven-foot Christmas tree made of collected cans. They will be in the Sanctuary, Sunday, December 11, and there will be a bulletin insert that morning listing the names of the donor and the recipient. our chancel area will be wreathed in these beautiful plants for our worship services on December 11 and December 18. you may take your plant with you following the Christmas Eve evening services.
