personal issues to work that he can’t focus on his work.

This resulted for his work to get piled up and got reprimanded by Gerald

Solutions:Trends must have open forums

or discussion day wherein the employees could release their stress in work or home.

The employees could get together for a team building activity that they could get to know each other and help each other when a problem arises.
