Write goals in the personal tense….start every goal off with “I”

• After each “I” use an action verb… “I have” “I earn”

Write goals in the present tense as if you have already achieved them.

Write goals in a positive tense….I will quit smoking….to…..I am a non smoker!

Set definite deadlines…Short term and long term

No unreasonable goals, just unreasonable deadlines

Subconscious mind uses deadlines as a forcing method

Identify obstacles that you have to overcome to achieve your goals

Theory of Constraint: There is always one limiting factor from keeping you from making your goals

Select your #1 most important task for each day.

If I could do just one thing on this list, which one would be the most valuable use of my time…..second, third….

If I could do just one thing all day long which one activity would get me closer to my goals.

Resolve to concentrate on this one task without wavering until it’s done.
