ACHIEVEMENTS UPTO AND INCLUDING SEPTEMBER

• The second part of the Site Investigation was completed

• Gas monitoring (Condition 3) was completed and submitted to Sheffield council

• The Site was back Filled after Archeological Dig

• All Existing Perimeter Walls were removed in Preparation for the Piling Contractor

• The Pile Matting was installed in Preparation for the Piling Contractor

• Installed temporary Services (electric and Water)

• Obtained Party wall awards

• Completed the Piling Design

• Completed the Basement Design

• Submitted Piling and Basement Design to Highways

• Appointed Contractor to remove lamp Posts

• Appointed Piling Contractor

• Appointed Basement Contractor

• Appointed Steel Frame Contractor

• Obtained Party wall awards for the Adjoining Car Park

• Appointing Lift Contractor

ACHIEVEMENTS IN OCTOBER

• Taken Down the Retaining wall

• Started Piling

• Ordered Window and External Door’s

• Ordered Atrium Roof

• Appointed Roofing Contractor

• Appointed AOV Contractor

• Detailed the Steel Frame Design

WORK ON SITE

We have successfully taken down the Retaining wall adjoining the Car park.

PILING Piling Has started on site and is expected to be completed on 17th November 2018

SUBSTRUCTURE WORKS

Substructure works will commence on the 19th November 2018, Works will start to the new retaining car park

wall.

STEEL FRAME INSTALLATION

The steel frame has been detailed and is currently in Manufacture
