This is a marathon epic effort with many slides, partly due to animations. This cartoon shows the utter futility of employment programmes for patients in the old NHS asylums in the UK. It wasn't jobs to help patients going into the community, it was jobs for those running the system that kept patients without hope of independence, never to escape the system themselves or to get a real job. This was my personal experience.
