Muscular StrengthMuscular Strength is the ability to use your muscles to perform various activities.
Muscular EnduranceMuscular Endurance is the ability to use muscular strength over a set period of time.
FlexibilityFlexibility is the ability to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion.
Body CompositionBody Composition is the % of body fat compared to the % of lean muscle tissue.
All of these components
should be included in your personal fitness
plan.
