In the age of digital meeting are still preserving their value and importance. No matter which way you use to communicate the effectiveness of meeting still depends on basic rules. Surprisingly most of the managers confess that nearly 70% of their meetings are ineffective. Knowing that nevertheless we still attend the same meetings and nothing changes. It is time to focus on the most important parts of our business life and reinvent our way of communicating our business goals, purposes and sop's.
